I was reading a post by Lamplight Christian Academy who talks about how she uses the Charlotte Mason method in her homeschool (and, of course, putting God first).
I’m beginning to notice a few similarities between the Charlotte Mason method and Classical…
anyway, she mentioned a few resources I’d like to check out. She says…:
“For Elizabeth, she did one page of Horizons math, but when it came to the second page (a bunch of addition) we were met with tears. We decided to work on reviewing her basic facts for the rest of the week using Flashmaster.”
What is Flashmaster? I need to go find out…

Somehow I think I missed your comment on my blog and don’t think I ever answered your question. So sorry! This is the link to the flashmaster:
http://www.flashmaster.com/
It’s great, and we love using it. It’s so much easier than flashcards, and they can use it on their own, in the car, on the go, etc.
Hope you have a blessed day!

Thanks for the link, Tricia! I’ll have to invest in this. I think it’s something we’ll love using in our homeschool too.
