Have you been wondering how to overcome business fear? We all have felt it, from self-sabotage to imposter syndrome- let’s face it, the fears are staring us in the face. Hey friends, I’m here as your “business cheerleader” to get you moving on your business dreams! Let’s kick business fear to the curb and get up in the new year for a new start.

You are needed!

It’s easy to become discouraged if you are comparing yourself to other business owners. But keep your steady mindset that you are needed. Know that what you bring to the table matters. It’s all about staying in your lane, being yourself, and being free to offer what you do without reservation.

Failure is good

Know that the more your practice something, the better you get. You are not truly failing unless you stop. Keep practicing and don’t give up.

You have to start somewhere. In the beginning of your journey you’re going to flop and flail around at things, and that’s just the truth of the matter. But you have to keep trying and with time, you will get better.

Overcome Imposter Syndrome

We often ask ourselves questions like “how much do I actually need to do to prove my worth?” Try to keep it mind that you have to practice in order to get the experience. It is much like a catch-22. You won’t have the experience unless you gain your first client or customer. So, truly, you just have to kick imposter syndrome to the curb and simply get out there and do the work you are passionate about.

Do it afraid

Some things you will have to do, even when you feel afraid. Believe me, you’ll feel the fear. But… the good news is, you don’t have to stay immobilized because of the fear. Push past the feelings that nerves are trapping you with and do it anyway.
